Often visit VCT store and all the time had great customer service experience. Staff there are very friendly, welcoming, and suggest the best products for thier buyers. Vaping and smoking is ridiculous and horrible I have quit this habit hoping to never need to vape or smoke ever and this shop used to be my go to and I can tell you would NOT recommend. Unless you wanna see bad behavior from workers.

My wife bought a HQD disposable vape from here. She tapped her card without paying attention to the price only to realise that she'd been charged $45 for a $25 item. When she questioned the price and asked the person of they were ripping people off because vapes would soon not be available the guy just gave her an affirming smile. This is disgusting behaviour and should be dealt with by the relevant authorities.

I walked into the shop yesterday while in town and like many other reviews the staff is by far the most knowledgeable on products.

They have the best selection of cigars, pipes, and tobacco in the area as far as I can tell. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful on everything in the store and all of their house blends and brands are top notch..

I appreciate the knowledge and no nonsense of not trying to up-sell someone on something they will not enjoy just to make a sale. I hope to be back again and that this place continues to impress others.
