They have a fabulous staff, I have gotten my girlfriend ear rings, a 15th century piece of pottery as a necklace, and a ring from this shop. The people are very helpful. They often have sales and coupons for customers here. I highly recommend this store for any silver jewelry. They have a very large selection and I have never been disappointed.

If you walk in this store, be prepared to stay awhile. It has probably the largest selection of silver jewelry I have seen anywhere in the world. They also have really nice dream catchers in all different sizes.

I was just in there I’ve shopped here multiple times. I felt so uncomfortable because I was browsing for a ring and when a ring went missing I was asked if the missing ring was in my hand.I felt like I was being accused and told them they could check the cameras, she responded “yes well we post everyone on TikTok” to which I responded I would hope you do I don’t steal and it’s justified to post people anyway. I don’t like feeling accused and being asked if i took a ring each time I would look at a ring out the stacks under to which she would go and check them Consecutively .please check your cameras before making a paying and previous customer feel this way. another women said it was no problem and things go missing. I know stealing is an issue at this store but at the cost of making your customer uncomfortable when I’ve been in there plenty of times and spent money is just a really weird experience and I wont be back. I know one of them tried to remedy it but I walked out of the store really uncomfortable. I’m sad to have had this experience because I go here often. I don’t usually leave reviews because I’ve never felt compelled to up to this point unfortunately.

Been going to this shop for years and they have never disappointed me! I’ve had some of my pieces for almost 10 years and they are still as beautiful as the day I got them. The staff here is always so sweet and helpful and fun to talk to. Went in today and was helped by Abby and she was beyond amazing and so nice and helped me pick out and assemble one of my new favorite pieces! Thank you for everything love! ?

They have cool rings but they are CONSTANTLY talking to you and checking in on you. I was thinking about buying a ring but I couldn’t because the employees would not let me browse without “just seeing how you’re doing”. I understand that they do this for good customer service but they go
overboard. It’s overwhelming.

My friends and I have bought jewelry here multiple times, so I trusted this store. However, last year I bought a couple rings that I was wearing. When I went into a natural hot springs (contains sulfur), all my silver rings blackened and turned a different color due to a natural chemical reaction. I cleaned all of them with a silver cleaning formula and they all reverted back to normal silver, except for one—a ring I bought from here, which is really strange because the other ring I bought from this store was perfectly fine (it was real silver) and it went back to normal. But this one was not real silver — it turned an yellowish bronze, and the original tiger’s eye stone popped off not long afterwards! So now this is what it looks like. I’m really disappointed because I realized I paid almost $30 for this fake, obviously not real silver, ring.
