Brought in a little gold ring I never wear for an appraisal...seemed fair and then owner said, "And we give double the value on any purchase" so of course I started shopping. Found an adorable silver cat pendant that was only a little more and he offered to trade straight across! Super friendly owner and staff, and they are fixing my broken necklace clasp AND they replace watch batteries, so we will be back!!

I had a wonderful experience at Scott’s Valley Jewelers. It was my first time visiting with my cousin to look for a wedding band. We were warmly greeted by Thomas and then shortly after treated to Turkish coffee and sweets. My cousin was looking for a less traditional wedding band and after trying a few rings we settled on a the right wedding band for her. Thomas also shared about all the customization that can be done to the band. It was a wonderful experience and we are so happy to support a local business. Thomas was a delight to work with full of personality and very kind.

Brought in 2 channel set diamond rings to be resized. The staff were very helpful, friendly, professional, and courteous. When I returned to pick up my rings I couldn’t have been more happy! They resized them, cleaned and polished them and they looked like brand new jewelry! Very happy with the service and results!!

For repairs, this place is the worst. We took my wife's amethyst ring here to be resized. I was surprised at the initial quote but was willing to pay. Then I received a call saying it was going to cost $200 more than the original $400+ quote. Finally we picked up the ring and the stone almost fell out. We took it back and supposedly got it fixed but the stone was still loose in the fitting. Finally, after the third try, my wife wore the ring for a day and the stone fell out (luckily we found it). I will not ever step foot in this shop again!

Nice people but the quality of the repair sucks.

I brought in my white gold chain to get fixed and you can clearly see where it was soldered. Not professional quality. Good place to buy jewelry but not the place to bring your jewelry to get fixed.

I also requested 2 backings for my diamond earrings; They provided me with one single backing.

Lastly, they Also forgot to take my number down to let me know when they were done.
