Staff were nice but as I was not sure if I should buy a charm as it was nice but abit pricey and also was a tourist I had issues with contactless payments I went back to get cash and the employee said that every time i go in and out it tells her to sell to those people with a serious face, which I understand but put abit of pressure on me and made me feel abit guilty

I came in to buy a birthday gift for my friends. I wanted to purchase birthstone rings, but couldn’t remember the stone color for the month. The associate assured me that she had a chart for the stones, and could find the stone for the month. I was sold two rings in the wrong birth stone color, which I had to find out about online! And it was final sale. Highly disappointed!!! Plus associates talk about customers in their faces. Very unserious staffing

Had the most incredible experience as a customer here. I was welcomed and treated with dignity and respect but at the same time I felt like I was part of the group. I would never be treated like that back to my country where they would just laugh at a man that wants to buy a bracelet for himself. Would always come here to get my charms and other products since I live in Queens just across the bridge. Thank you so much girls.

Worst experience!!!
My boyfriend had bought me necklace as a present and he paid full cash payment. It was $1469.81. I didn’t like it and came to return. I was being told that pandora cannot exceed over $500 cash , therefore I will get the remaining balance on check. When I told since I made the full payment in cash and it’s within 30 days with original receipt, I should be getting full return payment back in the form of the original payment which was CASH!!! Also, that’s what it says on the original receipt that within 30days, the return will be given in its original form of payment or check!!! The associate tells me since it’s over $1000, they can only give me $500 cash and remaining will be on the check. I agreed. Again, the associate calls someone possibly manager, and she tells me actually since it is over $1000 , the only return they can do is via check and it will take 30 days. So at the end I am like OK!! Later, the associate says since it was your boyfriend who bought it, he would need to come in to verify the customer information and then they can process the return!!! I would understand if the payment was made through his card to verify with his ID but it was done via cash!!! Overall, I was not pleased with the customer service on how they handled my return as they do not go by their own policy that states, return will be done in the form of the original payment. The associate didn’t seem to be knowledgeable on how to handle it as she had make couple of calls and had me to wait over 30mins!!I unfortunately it will be my last purchase from pandora!!!

Phenomenal experience today. Was window shopping and decided to go in. We had the pleasure of having the store manager, Silvana (I hope I remembered that correctly!! Sorry if I didn’t!!) assist us. She took very good care of us by taking the time to figure out my ring styles and size, giving me different recommendations, and making sure I was satisfied. We initially thought the ring I wanted wasn’t available, but Silvana called around and was able to find it for me!! I also ended up getting 2 of her recommendations. Walked in with no expectations, walked out with 3 rings and I will absolutely be back. If you’re looking for great service while looking for nice jewelry pieces, you won’t regret coming here.
