I placed an order for a supplement and waited…and waited 10 days until I contacted them. The supplier had apparently forgotten the order so I ordered again. Product then received was the wrong one. The pharmacy then asked me if I would like to try again and I said yes if they reimbursed (for the inconvenience) the obligatory 5€ downpayment they ask at every order.Pharmacy refused( even if it’s their choice of a dud supplier). I didn’t order again and am surprised that they do not have much knowledge on how to properly treat returning customers.

Excellent service from kind and attentive staff. Well-stocked and easy to navigate. The staff went above and beyond to help in a unique situation when an elderly gentleman had fallen, and they stepped in to care for him and call paramedics to his aid. Very humanistic and hard working pharmacists.

After spending hours at the emergency late this evening I had to go and pick up my medicine and was finally ready to get home only to discover that the man who attended me did not give me all the medicine of the prescription despite ripping the half of it. I went back to get the missing medicine, and was met with an apology and an attitude of “what do you want me to do”.

All of this only to discover now, AGAIN, that I’m missing half of one of the prescriptions. It’s honestly the first time I’ve ever had such a poor service and it’s quite frankly infuriating when you’re already dealing with being sick. Luckily it’s nothing very urgent or important but imagine if it would have been.

Farmacia muy bien ubicada y con un handicap maravilloso con respecto a las demás y es que abren 24 horas... también la doble entrada por diferentes calles la hacen más accesible.

Farmacia completa, con mucha medicinas alternativa y complementos alimenticios si no eres de lo que le gusta la química. La atención es muy buena y rápida. Si buscas algo más raro suelen ser bastante rápidos en conseguirlo.
