Really disappointing... Went on a search looking for someone to resize a ring I bought in a smaller size for a discount. When I told the person the sizes and what size I needed it to be he made a comment saying, "Wow that's big", which 1. it really isn't, 2. he is unprofessional and then just hung up when I mentioned how I don't know if I even want to come now that he made the comment. Take your business elsewhere, like I will be!

Add: Owner did call me back to say he didn't mean it like that, however, I wish he had kept his comment to himself.

This is the best jeweler ever. I have been enjoying the service of this place since they were in the plaza. The owner has always taken care of me. The service is uneuovical to any. I must say that this is the only place I would ever take anything to be fixed or the only place I would trust purchasing anything from. I feel like he really cares to take care of us customers as family. I would highly recommend this place.

I went to have my necklace fixed. They gave an estimate of what they thought the price would be. They weren't sure because they dont fix it themselves. I told the lady helping me that I thought the estimate was high. She said that when I picked it up that the guy would be able to explain it better. They said it would be done Friday. Drove there and wasnt fixed. I came back on Saturday to pick up my necklace and some moron came out of the back. I asked why it was so expensive for such a cheap fix. He argued and never gave me a good answer. I offered to pay what I though was right and he told me to leave. Take it without paying. Later called me and cussed me out over the phone and threatened to call the cops for not paying when they told me not to pay. seriously I suggest you take your business elsewhere.

Brought in matching garnet stones to be set as earrings, a gift for my mother. The next day my mother "lost" one earring...which she found later that day in her car, but the stone had fallen out and was damaged. Brought them back but he couldnt set the stone straight. Really disappointed in quality of work, now left with damaged earring set.

Called in early August to see about getting something engraved. Told by nice man on phone, yes they can do that when the store open after Aug 18. I go to store on Aug 20 and am greeted at the door by a woman saying? “What do you want” not hello, how can we help. I tell her what I’m there for. Then a man that is talk big behind a wall that I can’t see proceeds to tell me they aren’t open. Not sure where the nice man in the phone was but I would never go back to this store and would not recommend it to anyone. We are having tough times but I thought people appreciated getting business. Not this place.

Went to this jeweler to have a clasp replaced on a string of pearls gifted to me, which was already broken. when I had to explain for the third time that the clasp did not work, I was told by the jeweler that maybe I shouldn't have played with it and broken it in the first place. Wow. Come here if you wish to be reprimanded for being given a gift that was broken before you received it.
