My husband and I have been looking for an upgraded engagement ring for me and I have been to countless stores this year. I will say I have particular taste and am not a huge fan of diamonds, I like a little color. Leslie is the most patient, kind, and receptive sales person I have ever worked with (particularly in the jewelry business). She pulled out multiple rings after getting a sense for my style. Once I was settled on a gorgeous aquamarine ring, Mark stepped in and helped me find a sturdier setting for every day and an even more gorgeous ring with an aquamarine center stone (it was also a lower price, no upselling here). And let me tell you Mark knows exactly what he is doing, he looked at my hand and then resized the ring perfectly (and within 20 minutes!) to a size I didn’t think I was! This is the best fitting and most comfortable ring I have ever worn. We will be coming back for my wedding band and referring all our friends and family to these wonderful people.

My fiance went here for my custom made engagement band (which is pristine and everything I could have asked for) and we were going to provide the main diamond for placement in the band. But once Mark found out the main stone was lab grown he threw an absolute fit and refused to place the stone in the setting. After he yelled at my future mother-in-law she was forced to find another jeweler to finish the job. Terrible service and will never return.

I did not have a good experience attempting to kick off a custom engagement ring project with them. He wasn't receptive to my requests for a simple organic design and instead bragged about his embellished work. I guess he only does custom if it's in his style, so it wasn't for me.

Edit: I brought my ring in for some repair work. I swear, Mark has to be magical. The repairs weren't going quite the way he liked, so he built me a whole new ring in the same style. It is sturdier, it is even more beautiful than the first (which I didn't think possible) and he was so quick. He is a delight, and will be my primary jeweler forever.
