We were here for the one day beginners course in jewelry making, greeted as welcome friends and treated like royalty, both the instructive study and the cuisine were exceptional Claire's patience and Shane's bonhomie entranced us all. A full busy day of learning new skills and gaining new confidences led to creating a perfect piece of jewelry inspiring awe in our own abilities, whilst the culinary offerings over the course of the day were in themselves awe inspiring, delightful and extremely tasty, I could wax on further but could not do them justice just to say treat yourself to the 'Castillon de Bedar' an experience of a lifetime 🤗😜❤️🇪🇸

Clare and Shane are the perfect hosts for a visit to the stunning Castellon de Bedar! Clare teaches students how to make beautiful jewellery pieces in her fully equipped workshop - not just your basic items either. Clare is renowned for her wonderful bespoke pieces - even Prince Charles commissioned her! Then Shane puts his passion and knowledge to superb use by creating the best food I've ever had - it's incredible. A stay here means that you'll be spoiled from start to finish and will want for nothing. And then there's the views - just wow!!! First class service in a hidden gem. I just love this place. So does my mum..as seen in the photo! It's hard to choose between the view and the vendors to be fair...but no need to choose as you get THE best Bedar views and THE best possible experience at Castellon de Bedar. I'm home now and I just want to be right back there. Thank you Shane and Clare for helping us make wonderful memories, you should be very proud of what you have created x

This place is amazing, nestled in the hill top of Bedar, the hospitality is hand down the best. Also you can book classes to make jewellery I have never had a experience like this ever. The food is amazing. I have been to the jewellery making class and stoped the night,You must go to Castellon de Bedar just for the experienceu you will not regret it !!

The night started off being met at the gate with a bottle of bubbly. We was taken up to the massive suite ( bedroom, living room, bathroom and amazing balcony with panoramic views over Bedar) after settling in we retreated to the hot/cool jacuzzi which has amazing views too. We relaxed and drank more bubbly. You can be served drinks in the jacuzzi which is amazing.

The breakfast in the morning was like a 2 course meal to set you up for the day which consisted of : fresh fruits, jam, marmalade, toast, freshly baked croissants, granola and yogurt, followed by crispy bacon and perfectly poached eggs.

The hospitality of Shane and Clare is 2nd to none. Shane cooks the food which is absolutely delicious and Clare teaches the Jewellery classes ( you must take advantage of this class you will make a ring which you keep)

Bedar is a quaint town nestled in the hillside, this town is a typical Spanish town with some grate paces to eat.
