Tip: it’s located at building 20, if the door is locked once you’re in the lobby, call him and he’ll let you in!
Ara was amazingly kind and fast. I came in to get my engagement ring resized (bought it from our local jeweler, out of town) and he evaluated it and resized it immediately. He let me try it on several times to make sure it was perfect before finishing it. He let me watch as he worked and showed me a couple of his previous designs - he is clearly meticulous, skillful, and loves his work. It’s a small mom & pop shop - nothing fancy, no frills, which I appreciated. I was in and out in less than 30 min. It was only $50, and I just walked in based off of google reviews! Would highly recommend and will be coming back to him for all my jewelry needs.

Took my engagement ring here to be sized down and Ara did a wonderful job. It was more complex than either of us expected, as Ara discovered some weak points in the original manufacturing of my ring when he cut into the band. In addition to sizing it down, he ended up reconstructing it and reinforcing the attachments in the process. It was scary for a while looking at my brand new ring in multiple pieces, but the reviews raved about Ara’s skills and they were right. My ring fits perfectly now and I am confident it’s sturdier than it was before. Tip for others: if the main entrance is closed, call the store and Ara will come let you in.

I want to send a special thanks to Ara for the fantastic job he did on me and my wife’s rings. He was very professional and informative. He kept me in the loop and was extremely honest. He took the time out to resize the very rings my own jeweler refused to do because they weren’t skillful in the art of resizing the rings. Ara is a fantastic jeweler. We were told by another jeweler my finger is 6.5 and it wasn’t. My engagement ring was big on me and Ara helped me size it down. It was still a little loose and Ara sized it down some more. He is a very skilled and kind man. I will be going back to her for all of my jewelry needs.

I flew over from the UK and proposed to my girlfriend last week. The ring size I had chose was way off so my fiancée couldn't wear her ring home. I took it to AY after reading previous reviews. It's quite hard to find but worth it. He was so friendly and helpful and resized the ring in front of us as we waited, probably about 15 minutes max. Afterwards I had a good look and I could not see where the cut and join was. To top it off whilst he waited for the sonic ring polisher to finish he brushed out the deep scratch out of my watch strap clasp. What a hero!

Ara is friendly, efficient and able to fit in a same day/ last minute ring resize while I waited in the room with him (took no more than 20-25min). Job well done and reasonably priced— would not hesitate in recommending Ara or utilizing his services again in the future!

Incredible craftsmanship by Ara. He resized both of my wedding rings in 20 minutes and was so kind and friendly. After the polish I swear they sparkled like never before. Shop’s not too hard to find. Highly recommend 12/10!! I will recommend this place to everyone!
