Do not buy from this company they sent me a damage item and then try to say it happen in transit. The bottle was dirty, sticky, was chipped on one corner, and the twist to spay the cologne is broken. They said they don't send out damaged items but clearly they did and try to say it happened in transit. I will never purchase from Fragrance 11 again; I do not recommend this company for sending a broken and dirty product and then blaming it on transit. Cost was $55

I bought a gift set because the price was $20 - $30 less than the competitors. They emailed me, stating the price was an error, the price was the same as the others. They asked if I wanted to pay the difference or cancel the order. I figured if I ignored it long enough they'd just cancel it themselves.

They didn't. Eventually they emailed back to say they were going to honor the price as listed. I was surprised and impressed. Integrity. Well done.

Ordered a cologne from their website. Waited about 3 weeks. Never got a confirmation or shipping email. Went to go check it said the order was still pending. When i emailed them they said i had to call a number within 48 hours or my order would be cancelled. Apparently shipping something to a friends house as a birthday gift is fraud because the shipping address, and billing didnt match (literally how i ordered all my gifts from everywhere else because of covid for christmas and birthdays) this place was the only problem. Called, thought we had everything straightened out. A week passes by...still nothing. I emailed and have not gotten a reaponse. Its strange they will take the money as it has left my account, but not notify their customers of an issue. Then proceed to say the problem is fixed and there is still an issue and again not follow up. I am more than willing to do what needed to be done to resolve am issue, but you should let your customers know. It has been close to a month now. My bank account has been charged, but my product has yet to be shipped and i am still trying to contact them and actually get helpful responses outside of "we are looking into this". Super disappointing. Once this is settled this will probably be my last purchase from this place.

UPDATE: apparently the cologne i ordered is now out of stock. Which should have said that when i purchased it on their website, but no lets just take the payment... AND if it was in stock when i did purchase and they took this long to notify me there was an issue that is even worse. Super unprofessional, seems very sketchy as well.

Second update: never recieved a refund, was told by them that the issue was on my banks emd. Went to my bank and they said they have never eecieved a credit, or transfer, or anything from this company. I emailed them and they just havent responded. As of today i have reported them to the BBB. Thsi is unacceptable and insane

Updates as of 7/27/21 after realising they took down my address wrong they finally send the check to the right address. That should be the end right? A few weeks go by and i deposit my check and guess what...the check bounces. So on top of not getting my money back i was also charged an additional $25.00 fee by my bank. So again its been about 8 months and still no refund. Got a check..but the check bounced and now lost more money because of this terrible company.

WARNING- Scammers. Placed order was emailed a few days after to be told item is out of stock, will ship on X date. That date came and went and after another week, I reached out to ask about my refund (was told refund if not shipped). It has been more than two weeks and they have not responded to emails or refunded me. Alerting my bank. Stay away.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! i paid extra to upgrade my shipping to 2nd day air, they shipped my order 2 days after i placed the order and on top of that the shipped it usps ground. They never responded to emails or phone calls....i guess all i needed to do is leave a bad review to get a response from you guys since no other way of communication worked. Getting a refund on my overcharge shipping cost does not solve the issue. i had paid for 2nd day air for a reason and getting my product 7 days later is useless since i needed it for an earlier date.

Came in three shipments which was confusing but fast which was nice. I did have a fulfillment issue but they refunded me promptly. In spite of the setback I give them 5 stars for their efforts and promptness.

I ordered Chanel Coco Mademoiselle and Coach Poppy Freesia perfume from Fragrance 11. I received the Coach first and it did not smell like the Coach Poppy Freesia. I called their "customer service number" which is not service at all, rather a recording to leave a message. When I received the Chanel I knew it was fake. I am very allergic to most perfumes (with the exception of the two I purchased) and have been wearing Chanel for years. I had another bottle of the real Chanel I purchased at Dillards and they did not smell the same at all. What Fragrance 11 is selling smelled like fake perfume or something from a drug store and it made me very sick to the point I threw up. When I called customer service I got another recording and emailed them to return it. They informed me they do not take returns unless it's unopened and offered an exchange.
I called CHANEL DIRECTLY this morning (their phone number is on their official website) and they informed me that Fragrance 11 is not an authorized retailer and they are in fact not selling authentic Chanel from CHANEL!!! I had been concerned about this as I know the license to sell Chanel is very expensive. The rep from Chanel also pointed out that their discount still makes it more expense than if you were to buy it directly from an authorized retailer. Fragrance 11 told me that "no one else had this issue". I will never buy from them again and wasted over $150 on fake junk. I would stay far away from this shady company and keep in mind, they will not refund you when you realize what you ordered is fake, smells offensive etc because its their policy that if its opened, it's not refundable. YOU HAVE TO OPEN IT TO REALIZE it's not the real thing!!!
