Stunning store and incredible selection to look at. I docked two stars though because the sales associates weren't incredibly friendly. If I'm looking to spend, I would like to have a positive experience at the store.

I really cannot relate with any of the negative reviews commenting on the unprofessionalism and rudeness of the sales execs. Maybe it depends on the person that you work with, maybe things changed more recently. BUT - as of September 2024, I personally had wonderful experiences with two of their associates: Helene and Jesse.

My fiancée and I visited this location twice in our shopping for my wedding band.

First appointment: with Helene. Spent 20 minutes browsing and trying on a few bands. Needed to visit a number of other places before making a decision. Helene wrote down my favorite one on the back of her business card with details like name/size/price. From start to finish of the encounter, Helene was courteous, kind and welcoming. She kindly walked us out.

Second appointment: with Jesse. When we contacted Helene a couple of weeks later, she was not available at the time that we wanted to come in, so she referred us to Jesse. This visit was to actually make the purchase after thoughtful consideration and comparing the HW band with 8 other brands that I got to try on. We were in and out in literally 30 minutes with my ring, since we knew exactly what to expect from visit #1. Like Helene, Jesse was also very kind, professional, and had such positive vibe. He also accommodated a specific request from us, which I thought was very nice of him. He kindly walked us out.

Both times, the security opened the door for us, and we were greeted by a hostess greeter that had the nicest smile. We were also offered a choice of drinks. We didn't get any sense of arrogance/pretentiousness from anyone as some have mentioned. Btw I came in shorts. It was overall a very positive and pleasant experience for us. I could not be happier with my choice.

Before coming to Harry Winston, we had heard that some sales associates could be rude, especially towards Asian customers, so we initially didn't even want to consider HW. We were almost set on going with Tiffany, but decided to at least see the rings at HW before making our final decision.
To our surprise, Fiona, our sales associate, was the complete opposite of what we had heard. She was extremely kind, friendly, and professional, absolutely not one of the "rude" SAs we'd been warned about. Fiona answered all of our questions with patience and provided thoughtful advice when I was unsure about the sizing. She even helped me change the size to ensure a perfect fit.
Thanks to Fiona's exceptional service, we ended up choosing the beautiful wedding bands from Harry Winston, and we couldn't be happier. I highly recommend working with Fiona—she made our experience wonderful!

Fiona is my SA, and she’s so sweet. She’s always patient and caring. Every time when we had our appointment, she offered me and my boyfriend drinks and desserts, and let us take the time to think and decide. We had a great experience with Helene Faillon !!
My wife and I went to look for our engagement ring without an appointment, and luckily, we had Helene’s help! As this was an important purchase for us, we wanted to explore many places.We casually visited and started looking at rings.

My wife tried on many rings, which took some time, but Helene was incredibly helpful throughout, offering her experienced advice and always wearing a beautiful smile! She even suggested we take a coffee break to clear our minds before making a decision.

Following her advice, we decided to get our rings with Helene! Our entire experience at Harry Winston with Helene was perfect, and very memorable!!

We didn’t have a chance to meet another sales people so can’t know who is the best however I highly recommend “ Helena Faillon “ if you don’t have anyone specific there !! You will have a great experience and smile!!
