Excelente servicio al cliente en el recetario, diligentes y empaticos! Una farmacia con equipo de grandes cadenas americanas sin perder el calor humano para su comunidad. Desde el guardia de seguridad a los empleados de piso estan para servir. No pierdan su Norte, los felicito.

Peor farmacia del mundo. Removieron mi récord de la farmacia para que no pudiera entregar más recetas luego de un desacuerdo que tuve con el jefe de los licenciados sobre un medicamento que uso, desquitándose personalmente conmigo y demostrando su falta de ética profesional. Aparentemente, desactivar los récords de los pacientes es una acción común si tienes un desacuerdo con ellos, porque leí en reviews anteriores que lo han hecho con otras personas. Quiero añadir que las prácticas de esta farmacia contra el paciente son detestables. El seguro médico les paga una miseria por los medicamentos y aceptan dicha paga. Si lo quieres comprar cash (como lo tuve que hacer cuando me quedé sin seguro) te lo cobran 3 y 4 veces sobre el precio que les paga la aseguradora, claramente lucrándose de nosotros los pacientes. Que pena que obligatoriamente tenga que darles 1 estrella porque merecen 0.

El recetario es pésimo; no lo recomiendo, los empleados del piso, cajeros son excelentes. Ayer me llamó el dueño de esta farmacia para que eliminara esta opinión, sin embargo no lo haré, porque los envejecientes o cualquiera necesitan mejor calidad de trato profesional.

Un equipo que apoya al paciente defendiendo sus derechos ante los planes médicos. Entregan mis medicamentos con prontitud y si voy a sus facilidades tienen variedad de productos de consumo general.

9/2/23 Standing at the pharmacy counter early Saturday afternoon. Store is empty. Just me in line. Pharmacy staff standing around chit chatting about the DMV fiasco. Everyone has seen me standing here yet no one has made an effort to assist. It’s Labor Day weekend, I get that no one wants to be here but it’s a pharmacy. Medication is a must. They finally acknowledge me only because now there are 4 people behind me and one staffer says out loud “well guess our peace is over”. Unbelievable, rude, sad but mostly unprofessional. Shameful.

Update 9/9/23 Called the pharmacy this afternoon to order 8 of 18 pills that were not dispatched last weekend only to learn that rather than getting 9 days worth of antibiotic they only dispatched 5 days worth because the insurance only covered 5 days (10 pills) and the primary doctor would need to issue another Rx for the other 8. That information was not told to me last weekend. They simply filled the Rx and said nothing. The Rx was for my elderly sister who has a severe urinary tract infection. You would think that if the Rx is for 9 days the pharmacist and/or staff would understand the urgency of taking the antibiotic for the full 8 days without any interruption, therefore taking the time to inform the patient or the person picking up the Rx that they, the pharmacy, are not filling the Rx fully. Had they informed me last weekend of the insurance dilemma I would have immediately called the primary doctor to get the Rx for the last 4 days of medication. This way there would not have been an interruption. Once again all I can say is shameful. I am going to find another pharmacy for my sister. So much for supporting local. Communication is everything. Especially when it comes to people’s health and prescriptions.

Antes era útil el servicio de recetario, ya no. No le encuentro el sentido al recetario de esta farmacia, de verdad. Prefiero ir a cualquier otra farmacia de la comunidad a buscar mis medicamentos.

Pharmacy staff doesn't have a clue what type of card they accept, had an old lady at the back of the pharmacy saying i couldn't purchase edible items because they were candy and that the EBT card didn't pay for that when in reality she's so inept she didn't know they simply did not accept EBT cards in the pharmacy. It was terrible misinformation but for s heads up they do not accept EBT cards just regular credit cards and cash you might as well go to CVS or Walgreens.
